wah...IVP is just...3days away!!!...THURSDAY, FRIDAY and SATURDAY!

first of all, as captain, i'd like to CONGRATULATE the whole TEAM! on MAKING IT THROUGH all the trainings and SUFFERINGS, especially our bestestestest Friend, the splint Shin!

SO GUYS...these two days EAT WELL, RECOVER, SLEEP 8 HOURS, DRINK ENOUGH WATER!

Dont try to change your DAILY ROUTINE! except for those who LACK OF SLEEP! SLEEP MORE!

coz NO TRAININGS on THURS AND FRIDAY!

alright, straight to the POINT!

On SATURDAY!!! SATURDAY!!!

The BUS WILL COME AT 11:30AM

PLEASE MEET BY 11:30AM because we don't wanna miss out anyone!!!

Gather at NORTH CANTEEN! and by 12 NOON you guys will leave for GOMBAK!

on that day, WE WILL WEAR OUR FBT SHIRTS OK!

CAN BRING ALONG ADIDAS SHIRT AS WELL!

We HAVE BANANA's FOR YOU GUYS!!!!!!!

ON SATURDAY! PLEASE PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN SNACKS toooooO!

you don't wna wait till you're super hungry! so keep snacks with you at all times! =)

and yes! got CAMERA? PLS BRING CAMERAS OKAY! hahaha!
