offseason update 1

well its alr the 2nd training of offseason.. let me keep track of our trainings so next time we can look at it and say WAD THE SHIT.. wahaha..

29 Oct (mon) - The one with the steps (100 sets of stadium steps + 2.4km + 2 sets of core)

31 Oct (wed) - The one with the balls (3.6km + 3x20 medicine ball throws, front, back, up)

Off Season Trainings

hey guys..

its off season already so the pressure is off! anyway we will still be having trainings on monday, wednesday and friday ya..

monday and wed will be coach's training while friday will be light running on field followed by games.. this prog will last all the way till january (my bday heh)..

haha yea ppl although we didn meet our target of 6th place, i want to let u ppl know that its actually an improvement compared to last yr..

all things are pointing at the right direction now and our plan to use this yr's ivp to build for next ivp is a hugh success i shall say.. so ppl, train hard for next yr's ivp yea.. we've got a great coach in mr hosni and great team manager in mr guru.. and also sam la.. =X
