There will be a time trial on 15 Sep 2008 at 5pm for all the GUYS
[800m and below & throwers only]
Those involved are required to turn up for this trial, no excuses or whatsoever.
Coach has mentioned the respective timings for the trial,
so please take note and warm up on time.
If you are not sure of the time please check with the others (cause I don't know also :/)
Get yourself prepared for it! Good luck!
