Finally ITS REAL

hey team nyp,

before i go to slp, i wan to say what you people accomplished today really made mr guru and coach proud..

mr guru had been fighting to have POL-ITE since im a freshman (05/06) in nyp and for coach to be deemed the best coach in POL-ITE unofficially.

but after this 3 days, all your starts, stridings, drills, stretchings, long runs, vomiting, protein powder, gym sessions, "huh-ing when coach give program", cores, lactics, "after training go where eat", "take the pail and fill up the shotput hole with sand", "pulling in and out the high jump upright" and the "deadly 30s/1min RUN", ur hardwork finally paid off =)

all the sports under mr guru had now won POL-ITE and coach is now officially coaching the best team in POL-ITE! and of cuz like i've been saying, im the best manager in POL-ITE! wahahaha!

now rest well, and we shall return to training soooooooonnnn.. opps sorry guys wed training.. cuz coach got banana-ed..

anyway, we are gonna have a makan session before polite to get together and chill before the big day! :)

venue: NYP SPORTS CLUB

time: 6PM

we will order pizzas, dont worry, no spicy food (:

pls pls pls do not be late k :) we hope to start early and end early so everyone can go back earlier and rest! (: (:

pls pls pls, try to make it down...we hope to gather everyone together as 1 big family before the race, and we will set our minds, fighting thru for NYP ATHLETICS :))

we are top in medal tally as well as points now.. sooooo sprinters and throwers! its ur turn to shine now!

OH YA BTW FRIDAY we shall have one last MAKAN session of year 2009 OF THE LUNAR CALENDER! our ms tan chor hoon will post up the details sooooooonn.. and most prob we will be getting our sweater on friday as well sooooo cya!
