TRAINING AT SENTOSA

Hi everyone!

As you all know we'll be having a very special training with coach at Sentosa, details are out so please take note!

Date/Time: 30th Dec, Wed / 8am

Venue: Palawan Beach, Sentosa

Attire: Training attire

You can either make your way down on your own to Palawan Beach by 8am or we'll do a mass meet up at the MRT station earlier. Time for meet up to be confirmed at a later date. Please do bring a change of clothes and water bottle. Sunblock is optional (:

Dress Code: anything with SHOES (plus a little xmas bit optional for fun)

2. Hosni's Special KUA Training (KUA stands for Kill Us All which is also his belated xmas gift to us!)

Date: 28 December 2009

Time: TBC

Dress Code: Training attire

We, the seniors is organazing a post ivp track outing. Below is the details.

BOND AND BOOMZ TRACK OUTING
About: Post IVP Track Bonding Activites and Games.
Date: 31 OCT 2009, Saturday.
Time to Meet: 9.30am.
Venue to meet: Harbour Front Mrt Station.
Place: Siloso, Sentosa.
People Involved: NYP ATHLETICS.
Attire: Blue Athletics Team T.

Things to bring: Snacks. Extra set of clothings to change. Moneyyy!
Wear nice and appropriately. Be Sexy and Handsome for the day.

just wanna say, good luck to everyone for ivp this year...though im not there, but i will be thinking of everyone there alrites :) good luck guys and my dear girls, sprinters jumpers throwers long distance runners..

I think I've graduated from NYP Athletics already :)) so good luck to all my juniors n bring in more members alrights :) so far, you guys have been doing a great job :))
