There are 3 ways for you to register and enquire for more information:

Visit our booth available outside Mc Donald from 1pm-3pm on:
Wednesdays: 29 Oct, 5 Nov and 12 Nov and
Fridays: 31 Oct, 7 Nov and 14 Nov

Option 2:Drop by the Student Affairs Office during the weekdays:

Mon-Thurs: 8.30am-6pm andFri: 8.30am-5.30pm

POLITE ROAD RACE

Hey guys, great job for IVP. But polite road race/campus road run is just round the corner so there's no time for slackin..

For your information, the distance for guys will be 5.2km and for the ladies it will be 4.8km. Training for polite will start tomorrow. Guys and girls who are interested may come down for the training. Please be in your running gear 6pm at NYP track. Philip will be the one leading for tomorrow training. All the best and see you all soon=)

we are still winners at the end of the day.. :) now that ivp has come to an end, we shall work hard towards POL-ITE road race and we shall work hard for the next ivp 10/11

Few things to take note
1. If you are taking the bus from school down to Gombak Stadium, PLEASE DO NOT BE LATE, When we say 1130am, BE PUNCTUAL. Especially those who have events at 2pm, they need to warm up early.

2. Eat well, drink plenty of water, rest well. V IMPORTANT.

3. Training this week will be as usual, MON TUES WED. Coach will come down at around 730pm, so warm up early. Do let us know if you're going to take the bus this Saturday by Wed's training.

IVP Information

FYI: IVP this year will be in Bukit Gombak Stadium on 18th and 25th Oct. First event will kick start at 2pm for both days.

Student who stay nearby or wants to go there yourself, sure u can.

For your information if you are going there yourself, you can take a mrt to Bukit Gombak mrt. The stadium is just beside the mrt.

For the rest who are going by bus from school, please arrive north canteen by 11.30am.
There will be a bus to send the team back to NYP after all the events.

Check the program again for your event timings.

100 plus and bananas will be provided as well
(limit 1 bottle of 100plus per student)

5 more days to IVP

hey team..
the long awaited competition is round the corner...everyone has waited for this day..
sweating hard, putting in the extra effort just for this day - IVP 08/09..

with the hard work and determination, put on ur armour and fight for yourself, for NYP, for NYP ATHLETICS TEAM...

WORK HARD TOWARDS THE GOAL..everyone has waited for this day..
ALL THE BEST, NYP ATHLETICS TEAM..

anyway, there will be changes on the training days for the next two weeks as all of us needs ample rest on the day before the race..changes will be confirmed tomorrow during trainings :)

on the day of IVP, bus will be provided from school to gombak stadium then back to school.. hopefully, we can go as a team but those who are staying near and would prefer to go there yourself, you are most welcome :)

for these two weeks, take care of yourself and maintain your body in best conditions :)

Relay Training for week of 6 Oct 2008

For the week of 6 Oct (which is tomorrow -.-),
Relay Training will be on MON & WED @ 6pm
Coach expects those involved to be present on both days.
Be there on time for warm up so we won't have to delay especially for the girls.

Training as usual for the rest @ 5pm
WE'RE LEFT WITH 12 DAYS! WE CAN DO IT!
